my apartment was nice and clean next to shops, bentota and rail station, and beach, river and restorants. the owner and very, very nice and pleasant staff took care of me.

The accommodation was beautiful and lovely just off the railway or main road as well as train station, beach & centre. Overall experience was absolutely amazing!

We had a great time staying at this place. It's so close to the clean beach, supermarket, restaurants, and the railway or main road. The staff were friendly and always ready to help us with anything we needed.

The Bentota Home Stay was the perfect choice for senior travelers like myself. The decorations were charming and created a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the terrace, were well-maintained and provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. , the hotel's accessibility was outstanding for senior people like me. The location was conveniently close to the railway station, making it easy to get around without having to walk long distances. This was a major plus for me!

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. Sometimes, it would have been helpful to have more assistance or guidance from the staff when it came to navigating the area or finding nearby attractions.

The room was as hot as a sauna, but don't worry, the owners kindly provided a noisy dehumidifier. And oh, the fridge was off, just to keep things interesting.

We stayed at the Bentota home stay for 2 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer. the house is just a few steps from the beach, with a terrace where you can enjoy a direct view of the beach. We booked 2 double rooms for our family with small kids, and both rooms were clean and had private bathrooms. the entire house smelled fresh and well-maintained. the family who owns the home stay are incredibly friendly and caring, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. the breakfast they provided was abundant, delicious, and beautifully arranged on the terrace. the beach itself is clean, large, and perfect for swimming. We would definitely return to this home stay in the future!

The 5-bedroom home with balconies and a common lobby was amazing. I loved the cozy feel and the beautiful views from the balconies. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and having a private bathroom with free toiletries was a nice bonus. As a guest, I felt comfortable and at home in this lovely property.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the fact that the bathrooms only had a bath or shower. But hey, it's just my preference, and I understand that others may still find it perfectly fine.

The 5 Bedroom with Balconies and common lobby at Bentota Home Stay was absolutely amazing! I loved how clean the house was, it felt so fresh and welcoming. Each room had its own private bathroom with a bath or shower, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. As a family with children, we really appreciated the extra space and privacy.

Personally, I didn't care for the bath or shower in the private bathroom. But hey, that's just me!

The common areas of the hotel were spacious and beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed spending time in the cozy sofas and garden view terrace. It was a perfect spot to relax and unwind. the hotel was conveniently located just a short 2-3 minute walk from the beach, which was visible from the terrace. This made it very accessible for senior people like myself to enjoy the beach and take leisurely walks on the sand.

I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there, especially in terms of providing better accessibility for senior guests. Perhaps a ramp or handrails could be installed to make it easier for older individuals to navigate the hotel premises.

The location is great, only a 5-minute walk from the beach. the hosts are helpful and always willing to assist. the breakfasts are delicious and diverse, with a perfect view in the morning.

The superior king rooms are smaller than expected and don't resemble king rooms.
